The Mayor of Madrid congratulates the Valoriza staff of the Pozo del Tío Raimundo district for the holidays

During a visit to the facilities he was able to see first-hand the machinery used in the daily cleaning of the capital city

The mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, visited the Pozo del Tío Raimundo canteen on Christmas Eve morning to congratulate the members of the Valoriza staff who leave the facility every day to clean the streets of the capital. There he was received by the CEO of the company, Javier San Millán.

The mayor was accompanied by Borja Carabante, delegate of the Area of Urbanism, Environment and Mobility, and by José Antonio Martínez Páramo, councilman of Cleaning and Green Areas, as well as by the municipal technicians responsible for the service.

During his visit, Martínez Almeida was interested in the machinery that is used daily in the cleaning of the streets of the capital, with special interest in the 100% electric vehicles.

Together with the workers of Valoriza, members of the Selur staff also attended the meeting.
