Legality and transparency

We are a responsible company committed to complying with the law and transparency, and to behaving ethically in all areas of activity.

The Regulatory Compliance Unit is an independent internal body that reports to the Board of Directors. It establishes the management and organisational models that include the oversight and control measures to which all the managers and employees of Valoriza and entities and related third parties are subject. That enables us to advance towards the best practices in Corporate Governance.

Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics aims to establish the ethical and operational principles that Valoriza is committed to and defines the behavioural guidelines to be followed by its employees and managers in carrying out their professional duties. This ethical commitment enforces compliance with the standards and regulations that apply at all times and with any internal standards and codes of conduct and good practices that Valoriza may adopt of its own free will.

The following Policies and Protocols develop the provisions of the Code of Ethics, so they must be the subject of information, monitoring and training by and for all members of the organization and related entities, as well as their adequate dissemination and control.
