Valoriza certifies the waste collection service for Lot 2 East in Madrid with the AENOR EP 60601 Certified Commitments seal

This recognition certifies compliance with the quality levels of the service provided by the RM VAO joint venture in the Madrid City Council's waste collection contract

Valoriza, through the RM VAO joint venture, has obtained the AENOR EP 60601 Certified Commitments certification for the waste collection service corresponding to Lot 2 East of Madrid City Council.

This certification recognises compliance with the quality commitments established in the provision of the service and endorses the operational standards applied in the performance of daily activities.

During the audit process, both the correct execution of the contracted services and the functioning of the quality control plan implemented by the RM VAO joint venture were evaluated, analysing the indicators that allow the performance of the service to be measured and characterised.
