Valoriza emphasizes its commitment to transforming the preventive culture of its workforce

With a new conference aimed at its management teams, Valoriza continues working on the creation of safe workplaces

Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales once again demonstrated its commitment to the health and safety of its workforce by holding a seminar on the transformation of the preventive culture, aimed at its management teams.

The conference, inaugurated by the company's CEO, Javier San Millán, dealt with topics such as the importance of making the commitment of directors and managers to health and safety visible, with the aim of evolving towards proactive health and safety and with the active participation of the workers.

The Health and Safety Director, Diana Alonso, explained that it is "important that managers and team leaders transmit this new approach, leading the transformation, giving great importance to the participation of our workers and the responsibility in the lines of command".

During this initiative, the company DSS+, Valoriza's partner throughout this process, took the opportunity to show the results of the previous analysis of the company's health and safety. Likewise, different presentations and group dynamics were carried out to reinforce the main objective.

Throughout the day, representatives of the UGT and CCOO unions, invited by Valoriza, were also present.
