Valoriza renews the management of the green infrastructure of Guadarrama (Madrid)

The new contract, with a duration of 5 years and a total value of 5.15 million euros, includes a complete renewal of machinery, improvement of playgrounds and an increase in personnel

Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales has renewed the contract for the management of Guadarrama's green infrastructure, thus consolidating its presence in the municipality where it has been providing this service since 2012. This new tender has a duration of 5 years and a total value of 5.15 million euros.

The new contract involves a comprehensive renovation of the mechanical means and a reinforcement of the work team. In total, Valoriza will have 13 operators, to which 3 additional reinforcements will be added during the high season, as well as a service manager and a foreman to ensure the correct coordination and execution of the tasks.

One of the main novelties is the incorporation of 11 newly invested vehicles to improve the efficiency and quality of the service. This modernization of the fleet will allow a faster response and a greater capacity to maintain the town's green infrastructure in optimal conditions throughout the year.

The contract also includes an investment in the improvement and maintenance of the local playgrounds, ensuring that the recreational areas are in perfect condition and safe for children. Valoriza thus reinforces its presence in the Sierra Madrileña area, providing services in important municipalities such as Collado Villalba and Moralzarzal.
