Valoriza starts the street cleaning and waste collection service in Yaiza (Lanzarote)
The service will be equipped with new machinery and will have new facilities for the first time

Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales has begun to manage the street cleaning and waste collection service in the municipality of Yaiza (Lanzarote), consolidating its commitment to sustainability, efficiency and care for the urban environment. This new contract, with a duration of one year and an award budget of 1.7 million euros, marks the beginning of a new stage for the municipality in terms of cleaning and environmental management.
The staff is made up of 23 people, who will continue to carry out their duties with the support of a renewed and more sustainable fleet. The new material resources include eight rear-loading vehicles, a roll-on/roll-off lorry, a container washer, an open-box lorry and several inspection vehicles.
With this contract, Valoriza reinforces its commitment to the continuous improvement of urban services in the Canary Islands, where it already provides its services in other towns such as Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Arona, Telde, Candelaria and Puerto de la Cruz, by investing in efficient solutions that contribute to improving the quality of life of citizens.
