Valoriza begins the transformation of its preventive culture with the program ‘Llega Seguro’

In collaboration with dss+, Valoriza has initiated a comprehensive study to identify perceptions and needs in terms of occupational health and safety. This analysis aims to gather valuable input to further strengthen the preventive culture throughout the organization.

The “Llega Seguro” program

As part of this strategy, Valoriza has launched the Llega Seguro program. This program is designed to reinforce competencies and knowledge in occupational safety through specialized training. It also promotes the “I Care” mentality, which encourages each team member to take responsibility not only for their own safety, but also for the safety of those around them.
